Flag Football is a scaled down 5 on 5 version of American Football.It is no contact and can be played by any age group.......most of all its a FUN game.
The game helps people develop the skills of the skill positions in American Football, running, throwing and catching while also teaching a bit about the game itself.
Flag Football is one of the fastest growing sports, and is played all over the globe. The game is supported by the NFL and there are a lot of teams all over Scotland. The NFLE and the Scottish Claymores lend their support to the 5 on 5 game.
