Dameyune Craig was one of the best Quarterbacks ever allocated to the Claymores. on a memorable night in Frankfurt on the 22 of May 1999 Dameyune passed for an incredible 611 yards in a 42-35 victory over the Galaxy, a feat which saw him enshrined in the Pro Football Hall Of Fame in Canton Ohio. That season Craig passed for 2,932 yards and 21 Touchdowns both of which were Claymores records. After spells at the Panthers and the Redskins in the NFL and a stint in Canada, the Claymores attempted to bring Dameyune back to Scotland for the 2003 season but were thwarted.
