Yo Murphy will always be remembered as the guy who stepped up when Sean Lachapelle went down injured in WorldBowl '96 and ended up being voted the MVP when he grabbed 3 touchdowns and 163 yards. Yo led the league in receptions in 1997 with 47 and returned to his spiritual home again in 1999. Receiving  and kick returning duties in the NFL with Tampa Bay, Minnessota and St Louis saw Yo add a Super Bowl ring to his World Bowl one taking the opening kick off against the Patriots 43 yards  in the Rams win He also spent time in Canada with the BC Lions and in the XFL with Jim Criners' Las Vegas Outlaws
